I remember Herbie was such a sweet person. He had two other brothers(Dwayne Welch & Shawn Welch) that were around my brothers age. Herbie lost his life in a motorcycle accident at the age of 19 right after graduation. His family endured great pain, when Dwayne was 19 approx. 4 years later died in a scuba accident. I know Shawn felt like there was a curse on the family and tried everything dangerous up untill he passed the age of 19. his mom finally passed on last year after two sons. My prayers are with this family and Shawn.God Bless

Herbie and I were good friends got into lots of trouble after the accident his mom would not let me see him in intensive care made me mad at the time she said she wanted me to remember Herbie like he was not like he is now.It was hard to be a pallbearer at that age but I was very honored
